GOFLX EV provides electric vehicle (EV) rental and mobility services, rider onboarding, fleet management, battery-swapping coordination and related mobility solutions. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through https://www.goflxev.com/, our digital platforms, customer-support channels, telephone calls, email, WhatsApp communications, onboarding processes, rental agreements and other interactions with GOFLX EV.

3. Plans, Prices, Taxes and Swapping

We may collect information directly from you when you submit a website enquiry, contact us, register for EV rental or rider onboarding, enter into a rental agreement, submit verification documents, make a payment, request support or apply for a job.

During service delivery, we may collect records relating to vehicle allocation, rental periods, payment status, battery swaps, maintenance and customer support.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intend to store complete card credentials, UPI PINs or payment passwords on our own systems.

  • Location or telematics information: information generated by vehicle or fleet systems used to provide and manage our services.
